No Risk Trial Guarantee - 1) All merchandise may be returned WITHIN 37 days of the invoice date for full credit or refund if not satisfied. Simply call us for return authorization instructions, 1.888.27-DREAM. Returns must be postage paid and insured. We do not issue call tags. Sorry, unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Merchandise returned with price tags will be assessed a 50% handling fee. Payment for merchandise returned damaged or broken is the responsibility of the shipper. Free Special Order DreamNamesTM - 1) Any Special Order DreamNameTM not listed on our order form as a regular stock name is ABSOLUTELY FREE and is postage paid WHEN ORDERED BY U.S. MAIL, E-MAIL OR FAX. NO MINIMUM IS REQUIRED. Accounts must not be past due; limit of 30 free cards per month; orders in excess of 30 per month will be billed at $.70 each.
